Step 1, Buyers submit a warranty claims to sales@911strobelight.com, need to description why the
product damage.
Step 2, As reply mail’s requested, please provide Some photos or videos.
Step 3, According to buyers photos and videos, we will give a solution, maybe returned for repair(Buyers
need to pay the return postage) or re-send a new product(911strobelight pay the postage).
D. What parts and repair problems are covered?
Whole product warranty, unlike other companies only warranty on the LED part.
There is no warranties require you to pay for labor charges.
